EDICTO Doña María Luisa Pariente Vellisca, Letrada de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 11 de Madrid, ANUNCIA 1º Que en el procedimiento Concurso Abreviado 1417/2018, de la mercantil MADRID EXPORTACIONES 2011, S.L., con CIF B-86096963, por Auto de fecha 22 de octubre de 2019 se ha acordado la declaración y la conclusión y archivo del concurso por insuficiencia de la masa activa para la satisfacción de los créditos contra la masa (art. 176.1.3º Ley Concursal). 2º Cesan las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistentes, salvo las que se contengan en la sentencia firme de calificación en su caso. 3º Tratándose en este caso de una persona jurídica, procede conforme a lo ordenado en el art 178.3, declarar su extinción.
