Edicto del Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 4 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 35 del texto refundido de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento 942/2020 por auto de fecha 22 de octubre de 2020 se ha decretado la declaración de concurso y la conclusión y archivo del concurso LIMPIEZAS HERCI, S.L., en calidad de concursado con CIF B82457565 por insuficiencia de la masa activa para la satisfacción de los créditos contra la masa. 249, 474 y 475 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal. 2º.- Cesan la limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistentes, salvo las que se contengan en la sentencia firme de calificación en su caso. 3º.- Tratándose en este caso de una persona jurídica, procede conforme a lo ordenado en el artículo 485 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Concursal, declarar su extinción.
