Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Donostia-San Sebastián, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 425/2008 referente al concursado "Indeco Ingeniería de Control, Sociedad Limitada", con DNI B20504023, por auto de fecha 22 de junio de 2009 se ha acordado lo siguiente: 1.- Abrir la fase de liquidación del concurso a petición del deudor. 2.- Acordar la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. 3.- Se ha declarado disuelta la mercantil, cesando en su función sus Administradores, que serán sustituidos por la administración concursal. 4.- La misma resolución ha acordado la formación de la sección sexta del concurso para la calificación del mismo. Dentro de los diez días siguientes a la última publicación de este edicto, que está previsto anunciarlo en el tablón de anuncios del Juzgado y en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, cualquier acreedor o persona que acredite interés legítimo, podrá personarse y ser parte en dicha sección, alegando por escrito cuanto considere relevante para la calificación del concurso como culpable.
