Don Joaquín Marco Pueyo, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil 1 Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos con el número 858/2009-B se ha declarado el concurso Voluntario principal por auto de fecha 22 de octubre de 2009 de Design Mah-Jong, Sociedad Limitada con N.I.F. número B83339895 y domicilio en calle Pere IV, ático - 4ª de Barcelona, en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición, que se tramitará por los cauces del procedimiento Abreviado. Los Acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará en la Unidad de Apoyo Concursal, Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 111, Edificio C, Planta 13, 08014 Barcelona con indicación expresa del Juzgado de lo mercantil 1 y número de autos 858/2009B, en el plazo de Quince días, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado; firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende.
