Edicto. Don Virginio Sánchez Barberán, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Alicante, Por el presente, hago saber: Que en fecha 11 de febrero de 2011 se ha dictado auto de conclusión de concurso por inexistencia de bienes del concurso que se tramita en este Juzgado con el número 264/06-R cuya parte dispositiva es la siguiente: 1. Se declara concluso el concurso de acreedores de "Crema Marfil, Sociedad Limitada", con código de identificación fiscal numero B-53336475, con domicilio en polígono del Mármol, numero 3, Pinoso (Alicante), el cual queda responsable del pago de los créditos restantes, pudiendo los acreedores iniciar ejecuciones singulares. 2. Quedan sin efecto y se alzan las limitaciones de administración y disposición del deudor que vinieron en su día acordadas a salvo las que se contengan en la sentencia de calificación. 3. Se acuerda la disolución de "Crema Marfil, Sociedad Limitada", unipersonal, decretándose la cancelación de su hoja registral de inscripción. Para su efectividad, líbrese mandamiento al Registrador Mercantil de la Provincia. 4. Se aprueba la cuenta rendida por la administración concursal en su informe de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2010. Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes personadas, y a los restantes acreedores reconocidos y désele la publicidad pertinente en los términos de los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley Concursal.
