Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Cádiz, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 888/2013, con NIG 1101242M20130000745, por auto de 1 de octubre de 2013 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Laboprof del Sur, S.L., con CIF B11703162, y domicilio en Jerez de la Frontera, Parque Empresarial Jerez-Norte, C/ del Comercio, n.º 10, y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en lugar definido legalmente como "el lugar donde el deudor ejerce de modo habitual y reconocible por terceros la administración de tales intereses" (art. 10.1, párrafo 2.º, LC). 2º.- Se declara la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa activa conforme al art. 176 bis LC. 3º.- Que los deudores quedarán responsables del pago de los créditos. Los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso. 4º.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 LC).
