Edicto Don José Tronchoni Albert, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Pontevedra, por el presente, Hago saber: 1.º Que en sección I declaración concurso 0000299/2014 y NIG núm. 36038 47 1 0000531, seguido en este órgano judicial se ha dictado en fecha 5/11/2014 Auto de declaración de concurso voluntario de Jocacoba, S.L., con CIF: B-36787091, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Parroquia de Amorín, barrio de Carregal de Abajo, n.º 4, Tomiño. 2.º Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor. 3.º El llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la LC, será de un mes desde la publicación del presente. La comunicación se formulará por escrito firmado por el acreedor, por cualquier otro interesado en el crédito o por quien acredite representación suficiente de ellos, y se dirigirá a la Administración concursal.
