Don Jorge Víctor Iglesias de Baya, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil núm. 2 de Valencia, Por el presente, hago saber: Que en este Juzgado se siguen autos de concurso ordinario -000672/2007 voluntario, de la deudora Concursada INVERSIONS MONVARLA SLU., con CIF n° B-97664775, con domicilio en el Polígono Poligono Industrial F, Parcela A, edificio Avanza, Xativa (Valencia), en cuyo seno se ha dictado auto de fecha veinticuatro de julio de dos mil quince por el Ilmo. Sr. Magistrado-Juez, por el que se ha acordado haber lugar a la conclusión del concurso por inexistencia de bienes y al archivo de las actuaciones, habiéndose declarado la extinción de la mercantil mencionada y el cierre de la hoja de su inscripción en los Registros Públicos que corresponda. El deudor queda responsable del pago de los créditos restantes y los acreedores podrán iniciar ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso (art. 178 de la LC).
