Edicto D.ª M.ª Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Oviedo, por el presente Hago saber: Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el número 374/2014 y NIG 33044 47 1 2014 0000801, siendo la concursada Inversiones El Cierrón, S.L., el Sr. Magistrado Alfonso Muñoz Paredes ha dictado Auto en fecha 4 de febrero de 2015, en el que se acuerda declarar el concurso voluntario de Inversiones El Cierrón, S.L., CIF B-74094137, acordando al propio tiempo su conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa y la extinción de la persona jurídica concursada, no obstante lo cual, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos existentes. El referido Auto indica igualmente que contra dicha resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a contar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación. Oviedo, 4 de febrero de 2015.- La Secretaria Judicial.
