Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Donostia, Anuncia Que en el procedimiento concursal número 92/2012-D en el que figura como concursada INOXIDABLES GAMA S.L. (CIF B20944062) y CARPINTERÍA METÁLICA GAMA, S.L. (CIF B20580510), se ha dictado el 19 de abril de 2018, Auto que declara concluso el concurso y acuerda el archivo de las actuaciones por insuficiencia de la masa activa para la satisfaccion de los créditos contra la masa. La misma resolución ha decretado el cese de las limitaciones que pudieran quedar subsistentes en cuanto a las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor. Así mismo, se ha acordado también la extinción de la persona jurídica deudora. Dicho Auto es firme por no caber contra el mismo recurso alguno.
