El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Pamplona/Iruña, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 485/09, por auto de 27 de julio de c2009 se ha declarado en concurso de materia Voluntaria al deudor Inmocanadian, Sociedad Limitada con Código de Identificación Fiscal B-31762701, con domicilio en calle San Martin/San Martin Kalea, 14 y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Irurtzun. Segundo.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de 15 días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
