Edicto D.ª Eva Soriano Alonso, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de Primera Instancia n.º 4 y de lo Mercantil de Guadalajara, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el nº Sección I Declaración Concurso 0000162/2013 se ha dictado, en fecha 27 de mayo de 2013, Auto de Declaración de Concurso del deudor Industrias Corral, S.L.7, con CIF Nº B-19012939, y domicilio en Guadalajara, Polígono Industrial El Balconcillo, C/ Lepanto, n.º 8. 2º.- Se ha acordado que el deudor mantiene las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio, si bien quedando sometido el ejercicio de éstas a la intervención del administrador concursal, mediante su autorización o conformidad.
