Don Ramiro Monforte Altaba, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil núm. uno de Castellón, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, Hago saber: Primero: Que por Auto de fecha 24/10/2012, dictado en el procedimiento de Concurso Abreviado n.º 000629/2012, NIG n.º 12040-66-2-2012-0000726, seguido en este Juzgado, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario y abreviado al deudor "Imper Aislan, S.L.", domiciliado en carretera Ulldecona, km. 0,300, Vinaroz (Castellón), y CIF/DNI número B12388971. Segundo: Que se ha determinado el régimen de Intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio por el concursado. Tercero: Que se ha designado como Administrador/es Concursal/es a don Francisco José Calderón Alarcón, con domicilio en Temprano, nº 14, 1 pta. 5 (12002 Castellón de la Plana), y dirección electrónica [email protected] a través de los cuales podrán los acreedores, a su elección, efectuar la comunicación de sus créditos, de conformidad con el artículo 85 LC. Cuarto: Que el plazo para comunicar los créditos a la administración concursal será de un mes a contar desde el siguiente a la publicación del presente en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
