José Luis Gutiérrez Martín, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Pontevedra, por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Sección I Declaración Concurso 311/17 y NIG n.º 36038 47 1 2017 0000539 se ha dictado en fecha 19/12/17 auto de declaración de Concurso voluntario del deudor IMAXE URBA CANGAS, S.L., con CIF B36468775, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Rua Ferrol, 7, entresuelo B, Cangas, Pontevedra. 2.º Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición que ejercerá la administración concursal.
