Edicto Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 6 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC). anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 28/2016, por Auto dictado en fecha 22 de enero de 2016, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario a la mercantil Hilopcons Construcciones, S.L., con CIF B85393544, y con domicilio social en la calle La del Manojo de Rosas, número 86, 4.º A (Madrid). Segundo.- Que la mercantil Hilopcons Construcciones, S.L., conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio. Tercero.- Se acuerda, simultáneamente a lo anterior, la conclusión del concurso por la causa 3.ª del apartado 1.º del artículo 176.bis Ley Concursal. Cuarto.- Se acuerda el cese de todas las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor que pudieran derivarse de la presente declaración de concurso; sin que haya lugar al cese de administrador concursal al no haber sido designado. Quinto.- Se declara la subsistencia de la responsabilidad de la concursada respecto al pago de los créditos restantes, pudiendo los acreedores iniciar acciones declarativas y ejecuciones singulares, en tanto no se acuerde la reapertura del concurso o no se declare nuevo concurso; Sexto.- Se acuerda la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la Sociedad concursada.
