Don Alfonso José Moreno Moreno, Secretario Judicial del Jdo. 1.ª Inst. e Instrucción n.º 1 de Toledo y de lo Mercantil, por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que los Autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Sección I Declaración Concurso 0000018/2012 y Nig n.º 4516841 1 2012/0000178, se ha dictado en fecha 19-07-2012, Auto de Declaración de Concurso voluntario del deudor Hifean Inversiones, S.L., con CIF n.º B-45445749, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Toledo, Avenida Purísima Concepción, n.º 12. 2.º Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición que ejercerá la Administración Concursal. Se ha designado, como Administración Concursal a doña Teresa Delgado Gallego, con domicilio postal en Cjón. del Lucio, n.º 5, 3.º-A., Planta y dirección eléctrónica señalada: [email protected], para que los acreedores, a su elección, efectúen la comunicación de créditos. 3.º Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración Concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberá efectuar a lo previsto en el art. 85 de la LC, a la dirección postal o electrónica indicadas en el punto anterior, en el plazo de un mes a partir de la última fecha de publicación de este edicto en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado".
