Edicto Doña María Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Oviedo, por el presente Hago saber: Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º 78/2014 y NIG 33044 47 1 2014 0000170, siendo la concurada Gutiérez Llamazares s.l. se ha dictado Auto en fecha treinta y uno de Marzo de dos mil catorce, en el que se acuerda declarar el concurso voluntario de Gutiérrez Llamazares, S.L., con CIF B-74142514, acordando al propio tiempo su conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa y la extinción de la persona jurídica concursada, no obstante lo cual, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos existentes. El referido Auto indica igualmente que contra dicha resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a contar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación.
