El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número uno de Zaragoza, anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento concursal número 413/06-C se ha dictado el auto de conclusión, por inexistencia de bienes y derechos, del concurso del deudor GUMAR PUBLICIDAD, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, DNI/CIF: B-50582873. Segundo.- En dicho auto se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso y el archivo de las actuaciones, el cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor hasta ahora subsistentes, se ha aprobado la rendición de cuentas presentada por la Administración Concursal y se ha acordado el cierre de la hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. Tercero.- En dicho auto se ha acordado la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado y en el tablón de anuncios del Juzgado. Contra el referido auto no cabe recurso alguno.
