La parte dispositiva de la citada resolución, en extracto, dice lo siguiente: Parte Dispositiva Acuerdo: 1. La conclusión del proceso concursal de González Barba Riasa, S.L., con CIF B-36040947, y domicilio en Sevilla, carretera Sevilla-Mairena del Alcor, P. Laguna Larga, Alcalá de Guadaira, llevado en este mismo Juzgado con el 528/2008. Se decreta el cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición. 2. El cese del Administrador Concursal designado, aprobando la rendición de cuentas presentada por el mismo, debiendo devolver la credencial que este Juzgado le extendió en el plazo de 5 días. 3. La declaración de extinción de la sociedad González Barba Riasa, S.L., con CIF B-36040947 y el cierre de su hoja en el Registro Mercantil y en los demás públicos que corresponda. Expídase mandamiento al Registro Mercantil para su constancia.
