Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Bilbao (Bizkaia), en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 310/14, por auto de 29 de abril de 2014, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Gizerbitek, S.L., con CIF B-95314811, y con domicilio en Avenida Madariaga, número 22, 6.° C, de Bilbao (Bizkaia), acordando en la misma resolución la conclusión del concurso por insuficiencia de masa. Segundo.- La misma resolución ha acordado la extinción de la persona jurídica deudora, procediendo al cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil. Tercero.- Testimonio de la mencionada resolución se remitirá al Ministerio Fiscal, junto con copia del inventario, y de la lista de acreedores, por si los hechos pudieran ser constitutivos de un delito de insolvencia punible.
