Edicto. Don Domingo Villafáñez García, Secretario del Jdo. de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de A Coruña, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Que en el procedimiento númro 0000289/2006, por auto de fecha 26 de junio se ha declarado la conclusión y archivo del referido procedimiento relativo a la mercantil Gestión Proyectos y Construcciones Procon, S.L. CIF B-15795388. La parte dispositiva del auto es del tenor literal que sigue: Dispongo: "La conclusión y archivo del proceso concursal nº 289/2006-N, de la entidad mercantil Gestión Proyectos y Construcciones Procon, S.L., en liquidación, por inexistencia de bienes y derechos con los que satisfacer a los acreedores. Acuerdo igualmente la extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la deudora y el cierre de su hoja registral en el Registro Mercantil de A Coruña, para lo que se librará mandamiento con testimonio de este auto. Apruebo la rendición de cuentas presentada por el administrador concursal único Don Juan Antonio Vallejo Herranz que cesará en el cargo con la firmeza de esta resolución. Notifíquese el auto a las partes personadas y publíquese en la parte necesaria en los mismos medios de publicidad (BOE y diario provincial) mediante los que se anunció la declaración de concurso. Comuníquese igualmente a los mismos Juzgados a los que se participó la declaración de concurso. Contra esta resolución no cabe recurso alguno".
