E D I C T O Dª. Mª Emma López Portillo, Secretaria Judicial de Jdo. De 1ª Instancia nº 4 y Mercantil de Guadalajara, anuncia: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el nº 721/2013 y NIG nº 19130 42 1 2013 0008097, se ha dictado en fecha 6 de noviembre de 2014 Auto de Declaración de concurso abreviado necesario del deudor GERSOAL ARIDOS SL, con CIF B19192731, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Guadalajara, Calle Cristóbal Colón nº 301 del P.I. El Henares. Los Autos fueron suspendidos por Providencia de fecha 26 de noviembre de 2014, alzándose dicha suspensión por Auto de fecha 6 de octubre de 2015. 2º.- Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición que ejercerá la administración concursal. Se ha designado, como administración concursal a Doña Carmen Díaz de Magdalena, con domicilio postal en Madrid, Pza.
