Don Francesc Xavier Rafi Roig, Secretario judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 9 de los de Barcelona y provincia, Hago saber: Que en el concurso voluntario n.º84/2014, seguido en este Juzgado a instancia de Geoland Tours, S.A. con NIF A-63002349, se ha dictado Auto de declaración del concurso y conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa en fecha 10/3/14. Los efectos de esa resolución, serán los propios de la conclusión del concurso y no los de la declaración. En definitiva, ni se nombrará Administración concursal, ni desplegará la declaración del concurso los efectos sobre el deudor, los acreedores y los actos perjudiciales para la masa. El deudor, por tanto, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos, los acreedores podrán iniciar las ejecuciones singulares y se acordará la extinción de la persona jurídica y el cierre de su hoja de inscripción en el Registro Mercantil (artículo 178).
