Segundo: Que se ha determinado el régimen de Intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio por el concursado. Tercero: Que se ha designado como Administrador Concursal a don Francisco Javier Felip Bardoll, con domicilio en Plaza Clavé 25, 2.º de Castellón, CP 12001, y dirección electrónica [email protected], a través de los cuales podrán los acreedores, a su elección, efectuar la comunicación de sus créditos, de conformidad con el artículo 85 Ley Concursal.
