Edicto Don Alfonso Carlos Aliaga Casanova, Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Murcia, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), hace saber: 1.º- Que en el procedimiento número 73/2009, por auto de 23/06/09 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Gasmur Combustibles, S.L., con CIF B73130486, con domicilio en centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Carril de los Granaínos, n.º 21-b, Camino de Baden, Murcia, que coincide con el lugar de su domicilio social. 2.º- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3.º- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar de la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 4.º-Se ha nombrado administrador único del concurso a don Antonio Sánchez-Barba Martínez, titulado mercantil, con domicilio en calle Fernando Alonso Navarro, 12, 30009, Murcia, y telefono 968216624.
