Edicto Don José Luis Gutiérrez Martín, Secretario del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Pontevedra, En el presente procedimiento Ordinario n.º 152/2013-L, seguido a instancia de Galihostel, S.L., con CIF n.º B-36.223.220, frente a JOSÉ GARCÍA-LOUZAO GARCÍA se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo fallo es el siguiente: "Que estimando íntegramente la demanda presentada por la representación procesal de Galihostel, S.L., frente a José García-Louzao García, condeno al demandado a abonar a la actora la suma de 12.290,85 euros en la forma y con el interés establecidos en el fundamento jurídico cuarto de la presente. Con expresa imposición de las costas del presente procedimiento a la parte demandada. La presente resolución no es firme y contra ella cabe recurso de apelación para ante la Ilma. Audiencia Provincial de Pontevedra a interponer directamente en este Juzgado en el plazo de veinte días desde su notificación, previa acreditación del depósito de la cantidad de 50 euros en la cuenta de depósitos y consignaciones de este mismo Juzgado, domiciliada en la Entidad Banesto. Notifíquese a las partes. Así lo acuerdo, mando y firmo." Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JOSÉ GARCÍA LOUZAO GARCÍA, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.
