Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3. Que la administración concursal ha correspondido a D. Jon Andoni Legarreta Elguezabal, con domicilio profesional en calle Gran Vía, n.º 42, ppal. dcha., de Bilbao.
