    Doña María Jesús Gracia Guerrero, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Toledo, Por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el 74/2014 y NIG n.º 45168 41 1 2014 0014805, se ha dictado en fecha 29-05-2014 Auto de Declaración de Concurso Voluntario y Apertura de la Fase de Liquidación del deudor Fornituras Tatin, S.L., con CIF n.º B-45602885, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en calle Benito Pérez Galdós, n.º 3, de Consuegra de Toledo. 2.º Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición que ejercerá la Administración concursal. 3.º Se ha designado, como Administración concursal a ELVIRA GARCÍA ESPINOSA, con domicilio postal en Travesía de Colombia, n.º 4, de Toledo, y dirección electrónica señalada [email protected] para que los acreedores, a su elección, efectúen la comunicación de créditos. 4.º Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la LC, a la dirección postal o electrónica indicadas en el punto anterior, en el plazo de un mes a partir de la última fecha de publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 5.º Se ha declarado disuelta la mercantil Fornituras Tatin, S.L. 6.º Haciendo constar que las comunicaciones de créditos remitidas a este Juzgado no serán válidas.
