Edicto Don Mariano Rodríguez Trotonda, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 3 de Madrid, anuncia: Primero.- Que en el procedimiento número 616/09, se ha declarado en concurso voluntario abreviado al deudor Felman Gas, S.L., con CIF: B-82712613, y con domicilio en la calle Seseña, número 34, en Madrid 28024. Segundo.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
