Don Joaquim Marco Pueyo, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado Mercantil 1 Barcelona, Hace saber: Que en los autos con el número 602/2009-C se ha declarado el concurso voluntario principal de Fantasy Village, Sociedad Limitada, con NIF B63852487 y domicilio en Calle Palet i Barba 99, local, de Terrassa, en el que se ha decretado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición, que se tramitará por los cauces del procedimiento abreviado. Los acreedores del concursado deberán comunicar sus créditos a la administración concursal por medio de escrito que se presentará en la Unidad de apoyo concursal, Ronda Sant Pere 41, 5º planta, 08010 Barcelona con indicación expresa del Juzgado Mercantil 1 y el número de autos 602/2009C, en el plazo de quince días, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado; firmado por el acreedor, interesado o representante, expresando domicilio y demás datos de identidad del acreedor, así como los relativos al crédito, concepto y cuantía, fecha de adquisición y vencimiento, características y calificación que se pretende. Se deberán acompañar originales o copias auténticas del título o de los documentos relativos al crédito.
