Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Sevilla, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento número 202/2008-9, por Auto de fecha 25 de marzo de 2019, se ha dictado Auto de Conclusión del Concurso, correspondiente al deudor: Fabre Domínguez Construcciones, S.L., con CIF B91310326. La parte dispositiva de la citada resolución, en extracto, dice lo siguiente: Parte Dispositiva Acuerdo: 1) La conclusión del proceso concursal de Fabre Domínguez Construcciones, S.L., con CIF B91310326 y domicilio en Sevilla, calle Almirante Lobo número 2, 4ª planta, 41001, llevado en este mismo juzgado con el número 202/2008. Se decreta el cese de las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición. 2) El cese del Administrador Concursal designado, aprobando la rendición de cuentas presentada por el mismo, debiendo devolver la credencial que este juzgado le extendió en el plazo de 5 días. 3) La declaración de extinción de la sociedad Fabre Domínguez Construcciones, S.L., con CIF B91310326 y el cierre de su hoja en el Registro Mercantil y en los demás públicos que corresponda. Expídase mandamiento al Registro Mercantil para su constancia.
