El Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 2 de Madrid, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el art. 23 de la L.C., anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 277/09, por auto de 8/6/09 se ha declarado en concurso al deudor Escuela de Oficios, S.L., con C.I.F. NºB-81983298, con domicilio en la C/ Francisco Iglesias nº 17 de Madrid, y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Madrid. 2º.- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3º- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC. 4º.- El Administrador Concursal es D.
