Sr. Magistrado-Juez, don Javier García Marrero, en cuya parte dispositiva constan los siguientes particulares: "Que debo aprobar y apruebo la rendición de cuentas final presentada por la Administración Concursal en el concurso de Ellert Retail Management Systems S.L. y en consecuencia acuerdo la conclusión del presente procedimiento." "Se acuerda el cese de los efectos de la declaración del concurso sobre las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor, así como los efectos que tal declaración produce en los contratos en los que es parte la entidad declarada en concursado y sobre los acreedores de la concursada."
