La referida resolución dice literalmente, en su parte dispositiva, lo siguiente: Acuerdo: 1º.- Declarar la conclusión del concurso de Elaborados Recientes, S.L., con CIF B-54135504, por insuficiencia de la masa activa para satisfacer los créditos contra la masa. 2º.- Archivar definitivamente las actuaciones, una vez firme la presente resolución, expidiendo los despachos previstos en los arts. 177.3 y 178.3 de la Ley Concursal. 3º.- Librar testimonio de la presente, llevando el original al libro de resoluciones que corresponda.
