Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de A Coruña, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 23 de la Ley Concursal, Anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal núm. 290/06-M, por auto de fecha 6 de marzo de 2013, se ha declarado la conclusión y archivo de la deudora Durán Bada, S.L., CIF B58486994, por fin de la fase de liquidación, con extinción de la personalidad jurídica de la deudora y el cierre de su hoja registral en el Registro Mercantil de A Coruña. Se aprobó la rendición de cuentas presentada por la administración concursal que cesará en el cargo, con devolución de la acreditación, a la firmeza de esta resolución. Se notificó el auto a las partes personadas, acordándose la publicación de la parte necesaria en el BOE, extractando en la medida necesaria el contenido del auto y solicitando la inserción gratuita del anuncio conforme a lo actualmente previsto en el artículo 23 de la LC. Se comunicó igualmente a los mismos Juzgados a los que se participó la declaración de concurso. Contra la resolución dictada no cabe recurso alguno. Así lo acordó, mandó y firmó Pablo González-Carreró Fojón, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º uno de A Coruña. A Coruña, 11 de abril de 2013.- El Secretario Judicial.
