El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Teruel, anuncia: Que en el procedimiento concursal número 418/2014, referente al concursado DOLMAPORC, S.L., con CIF B44161461, con domicilio en calle Gil, 3, de Mirambel (Teruel), por auto de fecha 10 de febrero de 2021, se ha acordado la conclusión del concurso, cuya parte dispositiva dice así: "Primero: Acordar la conclusión del concurso de la mercantil DOLMAPORC, S.L., y el archivo de las actuaciones, al haber concluido la fase de liquidación, quedando libres los acreedores para el ejercicio de las acciones singulares que le corresponden. Segundo: Acordar la aprobación de las cuentas formuladas por la administración concursal al no haberse formulado oposición alguna contra ellas. En consecuencia, líbrese mandamiento al Registro correspondiente para que proceda a la cancelación de la inscripción de los asientos referentes a la sociedad concursada, y su publicación correspondiente. Así lo acuerda, manda y firma Juan José Cortés Hidalgo, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado Mercantil de Teruel y su partido. Doy fe. RECURSO. Contra esta resolución no cabe interponer recurso alguno".
