Don Andrés Prada Horche, Secretario judicial del Juzgado Mercantil n.º 2 de Oviedo, En este órgano judicial se tramita concurso voluntario 0000318/2015 de la concursada Diseño Integral de Carpintería, S.L., con CIF: B-74230806 y domicilio en Polígono Industrial de Olloniego, B-20, Olloniego, Oviedo (Asturias), en los que se ha dictado Auto de declaración de concurso voluntario y conclusión del concurso con fecha 22 de diciembre de 2015, cuya parte dispositiva es del tenor literal siguiente: 1. Se declara la competencia territorial de este Juzgado para conocer del concurso solicitado por la Procuradora señora Escolar en nombre y representación de Diseño Integral de Carpintería, S.L. 2. Se declara en concurso, que tiene carácter de voluntario, de Diseño Integral de Carpintería, S.L. 3. Se acuerda la conclusión del concurso de Diseño Integral de Carpintería, S.L., por insuficiencia de la masa activa. 4. Se acuerda la extinción de la mercantil Diseño Integral de Carpintería, S.L. 5. Anúnciese la declaración y la conclusión del concurso en el Boletín Oficial del Estado y en el Registro Público Concursal. Los respectivos oficios se entregarán a la Procuradora para su diligenciamiento por la vía de urgencia. 6. Se acuerda el libramiento de mandamiento por duplicado al Registro Mercantil con testimonio de la presente resolución, y que será diligenciado por el Procurador instante de este expediente, para la cancelación de la inscripción de la concursada en el citado Registro.
