EDICTO Doña Irene Ortiz Plaza, Letrada de la Administración de Justicia y del Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 5 de Madrid, Anuncia 1º.- Que en el procedimiento Concurso Abreviado 1589/2019 por auto de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2019 se ha decretado la declaración y la conclusión y archivo del concurso por insuficiencia de la masa activa para la satisfacción de los créditos contra la masa 176 bis 2 y 3, de la mercantil DESARROLLO INTEGRAL EDUCATIVO, S.L., con CIF B84537018 y domicilio en calle Esteban Terradas nº 6, Local 1 de Leganés, Madrid. 2º.- Cesan las limitaciones de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor subsistentes, salvo las que se contengan en la sentencia firme de calificación en su caso. 3º.- Tratándose en este caso de una persona jurídica, procede conforme a lo ordenado en el art 178.3, declarar su extinción.
