Edicto Dª Concepción Álvarez García, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de 1ª Instancia e Instrucción n.º 1 y de lo Mercantil de Toledo, por el presente, hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial, concurso necesario abreviado nº 9/11 se ha dictado en fecha 02/11/2011 auto de declaración de concurso del deudor Definitiva de Inversiones 21, S.L., con CIF B-98048929, cuyo domicilio social lo tiene en Avda. Castilla-La Mancha, 21, de Noez ( Toledo). 2º.- Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición por la administración concursal formada por el economista Dº Juan Ignacio de Mesa Ruiz. 3º.- Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la administración concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. Dicha comunicación deberá presentarse ante este órgano judicial en el plazo de quince días a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto en el B.O.E. 4º.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de procurador y asistidos de letrado (art. 184,3 Ley Concursal).
