Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número uno de Palma de Mallorca, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: 1º.- Que en el procedimiento número 182/2010, por auto de 18 de mayo de 2010 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario abreviado al deudor Decortec Balear, S.L., con CIF B-57424970, y domicilio en la calle Arzobispo Aspargo, número 16, 3º- 2ª, Palma de Mallorca. 2º.- Que el deudor ha sido suspendido en el ejercicio de las facultades de administración y disposición de su patrimonio, siendo sustituido por la administración concursal. 3º.- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es de quince días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se han ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 4º.- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 Ley Concursal).
