Doña Concepción Álvarez García, Secretario/a Judicial de Juzgado de 1.ª Inst. e Instrucción n.º 1 de Toledo, por el presente, Hago saber: 1º.- Que en los autos de Concurso Voluntario Abreviado seguido en este Juzgado con el número 390/2011 se ha dictado en fecha 19/03/2012 Auto de Declaración de Concurso del deudor Decoraciones Crespo, S.L., con CIF: B45320231 cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en Talavera de la Reina (Toledo), C/ Marconi 0, Parcela 404/6, Polígono Torrehierro. 2º.- Se ha acordado la intervención de las facultades de administración y disposición sobre su patrimonio. Se ha designado, como administración concursal a doña María Eugenia Montejo Pérez con domicilio postal en C/ Sombrerería, 21, 6.ª planta de Talavera de la Reina (Toledo) y dirección electrónica señalada [email protected] para que los acreedores, a su elección, efectúen la comunicación de créditos. 3º.- Igualmente se ha acordado el llamamiento de los acreedores para que comuniquen a la Administración Concursal designada la existencia de sus créditos que deberán efectuar conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 85 de la LC, a la dirección postal o electrónica indicadas en el punto anterior, en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial del Estado.
