Edicto D.ª Covadonga Herrero Udaondo, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Cádiz, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1.º- Que en el procedimiento número 821/2009, por auto de treinta de diciembre de dos mil nueve se ha declarado en concurso voluntario al deudor Deconsur Promociones S.L., con C.I.F. nº B-11.556.727 y domicilio en Avenida Andalucía s/n de Benaocaz (Cádiz). 2.º- Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. 3.º- Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la LC. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el Boletín Oficial del Estado. 4.º- Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador y asistidos de Letrado (artículo 184.3 LC).
