Edicto El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Sevilla, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: 1.º Que en el procedimiento número 655/2011, con NIG 4109142M20110001751, por auto de fecha 18 de octubre de 2012, se ha declarado en concurso al deudor Dazs Centro inmobiliario, S.L., con CIF B-91089979 y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en c/ Muñoz León, 7, 1.º C 41009 Sevilla. 2.º Las facultades de la administración concursal son las de administración y disposición del patrimonio del deudor, en sustitución del deudor que ha sido privado de dichas facultades. 3.º Que los acreedores del concursado deberán dirigir a la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el art. 85 de la LC.
