El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Pamplona/Iruña, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal (LC), anuncia: Primero.-Que en el procedimiento número 420/09, por auto de 21 de julio de 2009 se ha declarado en concurso de materia voluntaria al deudor "Damaital Expres, Sociedad Limitada", con domicilio en Pamplona, calle García Ximenez, 3, 1.º, cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Pamplona, calle García Ximenez, 3, 1.º, y con código de identificación fiscal B31965163. Segundo.-Que el deudor conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.-Que los acreedores del concursado deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de 15 días a contar desde el siguiente día a la publicación en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado" del auto de declaración del concurso.
