Magistrado-Juez auto de declaración de concurso de acreedores Construcciones Xativa 2000, S.L., con domicilio en calle José María Bayarri, n.º 15, bajo, Valencia y CIF B96960117, inscrita al Registro Mercantil Valencia, al Tomo 6584, libro 3888, folio 117, sección 8.ª, hoja n.° V - 70932 y por el que ha acordado haber lugar a la conclusión del concurso por inexistencia de bienes y al archivo de las actuaciones, habiéndose declarado la extinción de la mercantil mencionada y el cierre de la hoja de su inscripción en los Registros Públicos que corresponda, conforme al art. 176 Bis de la Ley Concursal, pudiendo interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días los terceros legitimados a partir de la publicación de este edicto en el BOE.
