Edicto. El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Huelva, anuncia: Que el procedimiento concursal número Concurso Abreviado 43/2009 referente al concursado Construcciones Xandro Valerio-4, S.L.L., con domicilio social en calle Xandro Valerio, 4 de Moguer y C.I.F. B21274667, por auto de fecha tres de febrero de dos mil once acordado los siguiente: 1.- Dejar sin efecto la fase de convenio acordada por auto de tres de diciembre de dos mil diez, por no haberse presentado ninguna propuesta. 2.- Dejar sin efecto, consecuentemente, el señalamiento de la Junta de acreedores para el día veintitrés de febrero de dos mil once. 3.- Abrir, de oficio, la fase de liquidación, conforme a lo ordenado en los artículos 114.3 y 143.1° de la Ley Concursal. 4.- Acordar la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del concursado sobre su patrimonio. El Juzgado de lo Mercantil de Huelva, anuncia: 1.- Que en el procedimiento Concursal número 43/2009 referente al deudor Construcciones Xandro Valerio-4 Sociedad Limitada Laboral con domicilio social en calle Xandro Vaerio 4 de Moguer y CIF B 21274667, se ha presentado el informe de la administración concursal, al que se refiere el Capítulo 1 del Título IV de la Ley Concursal, junto con el inventario de bienes y derechos y la lista de acreedores. Dichos documentos pueden ser examinados por los interesados en la Secretaría del Juzgado, así como obtener copias, a su costa. 2.- Dentro del plazo de diez días, computado desde la última de las publicaciones de este edicto que se publicará en el Boletín Oficial del Estado y en tablón de anuncios del Juzgado, los interesados que se consideren perjudicados por el inventario de bienes y derechos o por la lista de acreedores, podrán presentar impugnaciones en este Juzgado de lo Mercantil. 3.- Para hacerlo se necesita valerse de abogado y procurador.
