Edicto Doña María Amor Rodríguez Díaz, Secretaria judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Oviedo, Por el presente, hago saber: Que en los Autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º 130/2014 (NIG 33024 47 1 2014 0000005), siendo la concursada Construcciones Valboniel, S.L., el Sr. Magistrado don Alfonso Muñoz Paredes ha dictado Auto en fecha 30 de julio de 2014, en el que acuerda declarar el concurso voluntario de Construcciones Valboniel, S.L., con CIF B-33538083, acordando al propio tiempo su conclusión por insuficiencia de masa activa y la extinción de la persona jurídica concursada, no obstante lo cual, quedará responsable del pago de los créditos exitentes. El referido Auto indica igualmente que contra dicha resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a contar desde el día siguiente al de su notificación.
