El Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 2 de Malaga en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, anuncia: Primero.-Que en el procedimiento número 985/2010, por auto de 5 de enero de 2011 se ha declarado en concurso voluntario a la deudora "Construcciones Goymu, Sociedad Limitada", con número identificación fiscal B29627718, domicilio en calle Lope de Vega, edificio "Maestranza 4", Estepona (Málaga) y cuyo centro de principales intereses lo tiene en Málaga. Segundo.-Que la deudora conserva las facultades de administración y de disposición de su patrimonio, pero sometidas éstas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.-Que los acreedores de la concursada deben poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de quince días a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se ha ordenado publicar en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado".
