Doña Cristina Cifo González, Secretario Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil número 1 de Castellón, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de la Ley Concursal, hago saber: Primero.-Que en el Procedimiento Concursal Voluntario Ordinario número 458/2008 por auto de fecha nueve de enero de dos mil nueve se ha declarado en Concurso Voluntario Ordinario al deudor Construcciones Edo Andres, Sociedad Limitada con domicilio en Castellón, Avenida Alcora, número 98, bajo izquierda, y código de identificación fiscal B12596045. Segundo.-Que el deudor Construcciones Edo Andres, Sociedad Limitada conserva sus facultades de administración y disposición pero sometidas a la intervención de la administración concursal. Tercero.-Que los acreedores del concursado deberán poner en conocimiento de la administración concursal la existencia de sus créditos en la forma y con los datos expresados en el artículo 85 de la Ley Concursal. El plazo para esta comunicación es el de un mes a contar de la última publicación de los anuncios que se han acordado publicar en el "Boletín Oficial del Estado" y en el periódico Mediterráneo de Castellón. Cuarto.-Que los acreedores e interesados que deseen comparecer en el procedimiento, deberán hacerlo por medio de Procurador legamente habilitado y asistidos de Letrado ( artículo 184.3 Ley Concursal).
