Edicto Doña M.ª Begoña Ozamiz Bageneta, Secretaria Judicial del Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Valladolid, por el presente, hago saber: 1.º Que en los autos seguidos en este órgano judicial con el n.º Sección I Declaración Concurso 0000436/2013 y NIG n.º 4718647 1 2013 0000488, se ha dictado en fecha 29 de noviembre de 2013, Auto de Declaración de Concurso Necesario y Ordinario del deudor Construcciones del Duraton, S.A., con CIF A-47025127, cuyo centro de intereses principales lo tiene en calle Huertas, 43. Peñafiel. Valladolid. 2.º Se ha acordado la suspensión de las facultades de administración y disposición del deudor, siendo sustituido por el Administrador concursal.
